Team Europa steht seit Tagen fest. Nun soll ein Song das letzte bisschen Motivation wecken und den Zusammenhalt stärken.Was brauch jedes große Team bei einem Großereignis? Genau, einen Song! Und genau deshalb hat auch das Team Europa für den Ryder Cup nun eine Art Schlachtsong bekommen. Urheber ist die irische Band Corrigan Brothers. Die Brüder sind selbst begnadete Golfer und schrieben Rory McIlroy bereits den Song "the ballad of Rory mcilroy and their tribute to Andrew johnson called".
Für den Ryder-Cup-Song nutzten die Corrigan Brothers ihren Hit "theres no one as irish as barack obama" und texteten ihn auf "Come on team europe let's do it again" um.
