Zürich Marriott Hotel

Solid Marriott. Location is good close to public transit. Friendly front desk. Lounge staff is extremely hospitable and hours are great l, especially for happy hour. Breakfast was very nice. One suggestion would be to include public transit pass similar to the Basel Marrriot.

While the immediate area is more "business" than "boutique," the Old Town and the Bahnhofstrasse shopping district are within a pleasant 15-minute stroll along the water. ​The M Club: If you have Bonvoy status or book a Club room, the lounge access is a major perk. It provides a quiet space to work and a solid evening spread that can almost replace a light dinner. Lenox Bar: A sophisticated spot for a nightcap or a cigar in the adjacent lounge. ​Sustainability Note: The hotel has moved away from stocking single-use bathroom amenities by default. If you need a toothbrush or extra slippers, just give the front desk a quick call. ​River Runs: If you’re a runner, the path right outside the hotel along the Limmat is perfect for a morning jog. #Zurich #Marriott

We are currently visiting from Australia and have been staying at the Marriott for 5 days. Firstly I am very impressed with the location of the hotel close to the station and many bus tours. All the staff have been so kind and helpful, assisting us in booking the chocolate Lindt factory tour and other general enquires. The rooms are always spotless even my kids stating how do the staff clean them so quickly as we never saw them. The breakfast buffet was delicious and we were always greeted with smile and chat. My family really enjoyed our home away from home and highly recommend this hotel.

Congratulations, Mr. Lehmann, on maintaining such a fantastic establishment I would also like to give a special shoutout to two outstanding team members. Mr. Stefan at the breakfast restaurant went above and beyond to ensure a memorable start to each day, and Aurelia at the hotel bar consistently provided excellent service with a warm, welcoming attitude. Both exemplify what hospitality should be—professional, attentive, and truly dedicated to the guest experience. Top-notch A+++! I’ve visited the Marriott Zurich several times and will undoubtedly return again and again. It continues to be a place where I know I can rely on exceptional service and comfort every time. Stayed at the Marriott in Zurich and honestly, we had a great time here. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, not the fake polite type. Everything just felt easy with them. The location is perfect. We walked everywhere — the lake, old town, shops, and there are a bunch of really good restaurants close by. You don’t feel isolated at all. It’s super convenient. Breakfast was good, fresh, and the team working there were just as welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and actually relaxing to come back to after being out all day. Overall, this hotel made the trip better. No stress, no issues, just a smooth stay. I’d definitely book here again next time we’re in Zurich.
