Everything was perfect and everyone was just wonderful and caring during all week in september. We really enjoyed our time here, the quality musical shows during breakfast and diner, the energy and kindness of the staff, the activities, the location. Many thanks for this great week. Looking forward to come back.

Recently visited the Viva Golf Hotel in Alcudia, Mallorca, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff made us feel welcome with genuine smiles and efficient service. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a charming Mediterranean vibe that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring the island. The housekeeping team kept everything spotless, and the daily housekeeping added a thoughtful touch. A highlight this year is the gym, newly opened, which was a great addition for staying active during the trip. The hotel’s pool area is a true delight—well-maintained sun loungers, plenty of shade, and a refreshing pool. We also appreciated the location: a short walk to the beautiful Alcudia beaches and the charming old town, with its markets, cafes, and restaurants. The nearby golf courses are a real bonus for golf enthusiasts, and the vibrant vibe of Mallorca is right at your doorstep. Breakfast and dinner buffets offered a generous variety, with fresh options and local specialties that highlighted Mallorca’s delicious flavors. Viva Golf Hotel provided a wonderful, hassle-free stay with friendly service, comfortable accommodations, and a fantastic setting. It’s a great choice for, couples, and solo travelers looking to enjoy Alcudia and the Mallorca sunshine.

Viva golf was in an excellent location. The staff were so friendly, greeted on check in with a beverage, the hotel was clean. The breakfast was good, excellent choice. The pool was good, poolside bar was great, free beach towels as well.Shame that you cant pay cash at the bar though. It was very nice to have the beach on your doorstep. Restaurants within a few minutes walk, the Harbour is stunning. The reason for my 4 star rating is the view from the room, possibly the worst room view, I did not pay extra for a sea view, but we was on ground floor, on the side, it was dark, a view of a walkway and a huge palm tree which took most of the light into our room, no sunshine on it, very disappointing. Also our mattress was very noisy from a broken spring.

From the minute we got there until the minute we left the staff could not do enough for us. We had a 1st floor terrace room with jacuzzi that did not disappoint and which was taken advantage of every day of the holiday. Food and service was excellent on all levels , and every member of staff went above and beyond to ensure our time there was special. Will definitely be going back there - as soon as possible ! We stayed here for a week, and couldn't complain about anything (we had to ask for a kettle a few times, but we got one and the staff were very friendly about it! Hardly an issue for us) The food selection in the buffet restaurant was amazing, with lots of variety, and it all tasted lovely. The reception team - especially Mateo - were very helpful regarding any issues or enquiries we had, and made our stay very simple and smooth. The cleaners were also very friendly and did great jobs! Plenty of sunbeds available, along with two lovely pools and a hot tub, located right next to the beach. Will definitely be coming here again in the future! Thank you for such a lovely service!
