the location is very accessible, near the Locarno train station! I received from the location that ticket for public transport which is very helpful! the rooms equipped with air conditioning! very good breakfast! comfortable beds! overall a good experience!

We have a really bad experience in this hotel because of the hotel manager's handling. Specifically, the room was non-functioning, plugs were not working, dispensers were broken, the handle was broken as well, the floor was not fully cleaned etc. We complained upon departure explaining all the above and the reception said that we will have a refund due to the inconvenience. This was also agreed with the hotel manager. However, after our departure the hotel manager changed his mind. In any case, around this hotel there are others of the same category less expensive that offers exactly the same thing. If you have any issue with your room or in the hotel you will not find a solution. Try another hotel to make sure that you will be treated fairly

Beautiful place right at the city center. Charlotte and Tindi are so lovely they will make you feel like home, our little one fell in love with them! The rooms are brand new and very clean with space enough if traveling with kids. Breakfast is great and the location is very convenient right next to the train/bus station. We will definitely come back!

If you are coming to Locarno for a few days, I would recommend staying here. First, it is literally a 2 minute walk from the train station, major bus stops and gondola up the mountain. Second, the place is super clean, everything is brand new, very quiet at night and the breakfast is superb. Third, and most important, Charlotte (the host) is the best. She is a local and will give you all of the best information regarding hiking and outside activities, recommendations for local eatery (Grotto Raffael) and very accommodating. I would recommend staying here!

Highly recommend! The host was very warm and welcoming and we were able to check-in after hours. Rooms have a high standard and are very clean. We asked for some restaurant suggestions and she recommended "movie- restaurant & tapas bar" which did not disappoint. Thank you!
