I would like to share feedback regarding our stay at your hotel from 1 to 3 February.
Unfortunately, our overall impression was that the hotel’s standard does not correspond to the number of stars declared at the time of booking.
The staff appeared disorganised and not fully aware of their responsibilities. The biggest advantage of the hotel is its location, in particular the immediate proximity to the parking area, which is convenient for guests.
There was construction work taking place next to the hotel, resulting in significant noise. I understand that such situations can occur and I do not consider this the main issue; however, guests should be informed about this in advance.
There was a noticeable lack of organisation at the reception. The reception desk itself looked more like a temporary table placed in the middle of the lobby, which did not give a professional impression. In addition, the information provided by the staff was inconsistent and misleading. For example, the receptionist informed us that the swimming pool was open 24 hours, while the information displayed at the pool itself clearly contradicted this.
The bar on the ground floor also left much to be desired. The staff had difficulties even with bringing cutlery, and overall it appeared that there was no basic organisation of work. Furthermore, the same person appeared to be working during breakfast in the morning and at the bar in the evening, which may explain staff fatigue but negatively affects the quality of service.
We were also informed that the pool bar was open, however when we went there it was closed and did not look as if it was intended to be opened at all — it was completely covered with cushions from the sun loungers.
The water in the swimming pool was very cold. The indicated temperature was 18°C, which in practice significantly limits the comfort of using this facility.
Regarding the room — it was quite spacious, but lacked a sense of comfort and cosiness. In addition, the room was located directly next to the elevator, which caused significant noise every time guests entered or exited the elevator. The elevator is used around the clock — during the day, early in the morning and at night, which on several occasions woke me up in the middle of the night.
I understand the proximity to the elevator and the associated inconvenience; however, the room door lacked any additional sealing or soundproofing, which could at least partially reduce the noise entering the room. I therefore suggest improving the sealing of doors in rooms located near elevators. I assume this is a recurring issue on every floor.
Based on our entire stay, we had the impression that a change in hotel management or leadership could realistically contribute to improving service quality, work organisation, and the consistency of information provided to guests.
I am sharing this feedback as a constructive suggestion, in the hope that it will help improve organisation, communication with guests, and the overall quality of service.
Kind regards

A very nice hotel with an excellent location. Across the street for the the bus to the old town. Daily house keeping does a fantastic job cleaning and restocking the rooms.
The breakfast is outstanding. Lots of choices. Many fresh fruits, fresh pastries and hot items. There is also a menu to order from which includes specialty coffees, omelettes and pancakes. Serving staff are friendly, polite and very efficient.

Hotel that surely once deserved the 4 stars but now it's showing its age and it's heavily understaffed.
There was a large group doing the check-in and 2 more couples ahead of us. Behind we had a family of 5. Everyone waiting for the (though) chek-in of the group (that had not reserved enough rooms because the hotel was full... So they were trying to fit the entire group somehow in the rooms they were able to reserve). I asked the lady at the front desk if it would be possible for her to ask assistance from a colleague so we could expedite the check-ins, she confirmed she was alone at the time (4h00PM. Prime hour for check-ins that opened at 3h00PM).
We also noticed the same at the breakfast. 2 people running tables and receiving guests. We waited for a long minute before someone was able to come register our in. We noticed most people just skipped ahead and started serving themselves and eating...
The hotel is showing its age but they are trying to improve on that. The hotel lobby looks new'ish (altho the doors are not automatic), they are painting the walls on the corridors.
The rooms show it's age with the finishes (not badly maintained, tho. Just the bathroom door peeling from the humidity of the showers). The desk was new, the glass in the windows was good at isolating noise... But the air-conditioning unit was yellow from the age, the toilet was in diere need of refurbishment. Though to review on this point. They are improving... They are not there (nor are they close) yet to the expectation of a 4 start hotel (thus the 3 start review)
Unfortunately, when we entered our room we noticed the toilet was not properly clean. The cleaning ladies were just next door, I asked them to check it and they apologized and cleaned it again, properly this time. Unfortunate... But stuff happens...
Bathroom water temperature was also inconsistent (not by much, but definitely noticeable... It's the hotel showing its age)
The breakfast room was understafed, but that's not the point in here. One of the days we were staying we went for breakfast at 9h00AM (it's open between 7h00AM and 10h00AM). Most things were finished already. Then we saw lots of people coming in still. There was no food for all the people coming in (plus all the people already there). They tried to replace some things fast but they were way too late to realize and make the kitchen know more food was needed. Everyone was asking for whatever they wanted because there was only bread and cereal left... Everything they brought would quickly be finished by everyone waiting someone to bring something. Then the supervisor and manager came in to the room to try to understand the issue (the issue was there for more than 45 minutes when they came in). The supervisor stayed (but she was completely lost and unable to change the fact that they were not prepared to serve half the guests they had).
Also... Worst, by far!... the worst scrambled eggs. Somehow dry and watery, battered so much you would believe they came in a powder, and flavorless. Tasted nothing like scrambled eggs. Tried it the first day, every other day I just looked at them, and moved on. I couldn't do worse if I tried!... I know hotel eggs usually have water added so they cook slower and have more volume... This was not just that...
Even short staffed, the staff tried to always be there to help as they could when asked.
You can see the ocean view from the hotel rooms and it has a rooftop pool looking over the ocean as well.
Location is neither good or bad... It's close to the water, but you need a car to go anywhere. ...and there is no free parking... The hotel has a parking lot open to the public and you can also park (and pay for it) just as anyone else that pays to use it. Street parking is also paid (less expensive than the hotel parking) and hard to find most times. We were always able to park nearby tho.

We booked last Minute due to cancelled flight and this hotel is 4 star but really it’s 2-3 star at best. It’s not worth this price tag and really bad value. The rooms are street facing so you will hear traffic throughout the night. Not great for long stays. I would a highly recommend staying elsewhere as there are plenty of options on the island.

Lovely place. Such a wonderful staff, the breakfast is amazing and very diverse. Stayed a total of 4 nights, cleaning were better done some days than others. Didn’t quite like the room when arrived but that was sorted super fast, very attentive staff. The view from the rooftop is amazing and relaxing.
The recommendation I would leave is regarding the 4 star rating, it doesn’t feel much like it.
