Amazing, beautiful and peaceful place with professional and friendly crew and delicious cuisine. Can’t recommend enough.

I had a great experience staying here for two nights. The facility is excellent, and the team was welcoming and professional. That said, there are two areas that could be reconsidered: • Air conditioning policy: Turning off the AC when the outside temperature drops below 23°C significantly impacted my comfort and quality of sleep. The room was not cool enough, and opening the window led to unavoidable noise from outside. This should ultimately be the guest’s choice, rather than a rigid policy imposed by the hotel. • Check-out time: A 10:00 AM check-out feels quite early and a bit rushed, especially after a relaxing stay. Aside from these points, the room, food, and service were truly exceptional, and I will still rate it a 5 stars hotel

The sports store service was excellent—the staff member there was extremely helpful and professional. The golf coach at the golf range, Bradoh, is simply one of the best—knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. We also attended a yoga class, which was great and very relaxing. At the restaurant, Islam, one of the new waiters, was kind, generous, and attentive. The female staff in the restaurant were all professional, and the housekeeping lady did a wonderful job. Please pay attention to gym cleanliness, and don’t allow children into the gym, even if they are accompanied by an adult.

From the moment we arrived, I felt like a VIP. The staff was incredibly attentive, warm, and professional, going above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. Whether it was the personalized recommendations for local activities, the impeccable cleanliness of the rooms, or the exquisite dining experiences, everything was just flawless. Every detail was taken care of with such thoughtfulness, making our time here unforgettable. If you're looking for a truly luxurious and peaceful getaway, I cannot recommend this place enough. It's a perfect blend of natural beauty and top-tier service that will leave you with memories you'll cherish forever. A true 5-star experience!

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. The hotel is modern, warm, and spacious, with beautiful views that made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally polite, friendly, and accommodating, ensuring we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our visit. We had a dinner in the restaurant and the food was amazing. Our room, in particular, offered a stunning view, which was a highlight of our stay. However, we found the layout of the spa a bit confusing and had difficulty finding our way around. Additionally, we were surprised to find that the spa was not open at 9 AM, as we expected it to be available earlier in the morning. In terms of location, we initially thought the hotel would be situated in a quieter area. While it wasn't as peaceful as we had anticipated, this did not significantly detract from our experience. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciate the excellent service provided by their staff.
