Sofitel Buenos Aires Recoleta

The Sofitel hotel is very nicely appointed and the rooms are spacious. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Customer service was excellent, and staff was extremely responsive. On the morning of our departure, Thiago was very helpful in answering our questions and we enjoyed a nice conversation with him. The food at Alma’s and La Patissere was heavenly. Our luggage was already delivered to our room when we opened the door. Housekeeping was very responsive.

As retirees, we travel some and found the Sofitel Santiago to be an outstanding property! From check in to check out, we found this Hotel to exceed every expectation! The staff from check in/check out to be professional, courteous, friendly and genuine which set the tone right away! The room was spotless, comfortable, and spacious. The best asset was the shower which made it feel more like a retreat than just a place to sleep! The Concierge suggested a Steak House a few blocks away which served steak and fish as good as anything I have ever eaten! Breakfast in the Hotel offered several fresh options, the common areas were clean and inviting. The only name I can remember who stood out was Ignacio but everyone we came into contact with was exceptional including the individuals that handled our luggage! Overall, this Hotel exceeded our expectations and it’s clear that the team takes pride in creating a great experience! We definitely would/will stay here again if in Buenos Aires and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable visit!

Emmanuel at front desk was helpful with our disabled traveler requests, to allow us to have a comfortable stay. Ignacio and all the bell men were helpful with a smile. The room was clean and cool after a warm day out in the city. The breakfast buffet was plentiful with many options. The beds were very comfortable. What a wonderful stay!

We spent three nights at Sofitel, junior suite. The room was very spacious with a king bed (although descriptions say queen), large bath room, and plenty of space for our many pieces of luggage. House keeping provided excellent service (including turn down). Location is in a lovely part of Recoleta. Hotel personnel were super helpful and accommodating. Great breakfast. Highly recommend.

Enjoying our stay at the Sofitel! Concierge, Martin and Gisela have been so helpful and informative. The breakfast menu and spread is beautiful and so tasty!!! Tomas our waiter is very attentive and friendly, pouring our coffee multiple times before being asked. A very nice feeling to be taken care of! The sheets, towels and shower are 5 star quality! Very happy with Sofitel!
