Great overall hotel for families. The resort itself is clean and well taken care of, especially the outdoor areas. There are so many pools for all tastes and sizes and the beach is easily accessible - a short walk over a bridge that leads to the beach area. The beach itself is a mix of sand and stones, one would need beach shoes to enter the water comfortably. There are bars and food options round the clock, so one can never get hungry or thirsty :). The drinks though are not as diverse in my opinion. The food is varied, every day it slightly changes. You have staples at every meal. Two recommendations: The rooms need modernization, especially the bathrooms. They are outdated and the sinks have cracks in them. More entertainment in the evening - besides a mini disco at 20:30 and some music on the main square afterwards, there was nothing. In a hotel like this with so many guests you need better planning for the evenings, more ideas for entertainment as this lifts the energy of the people. We would come again, but these things would need to change.

It's a beautiful place, pretty much exactly like shown on the pictures. Food is varied and there's something for everyone. We asked to change rooms half way through our stay and it wasn't an issue at all. The animation team are fantastic. Very friendly and not pushy at all, which makes it super pleasant. Bar staff are fun and happy. All in all a great experience.

Luxury hotel, lovely and respectful staff, quality and delicious food. I liked the sea very much. Everything was definitely enough to spend quality time. Animation team was amazing- they work both daytime and night for you by arranging parties, shows, live bands and various activities. I can't wait to come this amazing hotel! Highly recommended for sure!!!

Very good hotel, service is perfect. Pools, beach, good views… you can find anything you want. I have great time thanks to animation. Special thanks for Berfin she teach me Boccia and every time invite us to activities shows and also Can do this every time.They have daily activities and various shows, parties so you can spend great time here just like us. Highly reconmended!

We stayed here for 7 nights as a couple with our 8-month-old baby, and the experience was excellent! The services were great, and all the staff were very friendly and always smiling. The food was absolutely delicious, with so many options that it was hard to decide what to try first. In the end, we tried everything, and we loved it all! We also had a small medical incident, but the team acted professionally and guided us to the hospital. Even though there was a language barrier, we managed to overcome it. We especially want to thank Ana – a true lady! – who helped us a lot with information about the hotel, translations, medicines, and even baby formula. Her care and dedication made all the difference. Access to all resort services was very good. As a suggestion for improvement: It would be useful if the languages spoken by the staff at the reception and bar were displayed, so guests know right away who they can communicate with more easily. At check-in, each guest could receive a printed list or an email/WhatsApp message with all the services included in their package and where to find them. Overall, a wonderful experience and a stay we highly recommend!
