I absolutely love this place. The atmosphere is both comfortable and beautiful. I've been coming back for years — and it never loses its charm.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, we enjoyed everything it had to offer from the great service to great rooms and accommodations, however on our second to last night we attempted to visit the newly opened tapas bar for some drinks and as i (on my own without the rest of my family) was existing the bar the owner of the hotel had come up to me to inform me that what i was wearing was inappropriate and i had to “cover up”, as i mentioned.. i was alone and leaving the bar. i believe if i was with the rest of my family, she wouldn’t have come up to me to say something. I would also like to mention - that nowhere in the hotel it said anywhere that there was a dress code. We wanted to eat dinner there the next night- however we canceled the reservation and will not be coming back to the tapas bar. I would also like to mention that I suffer from some psychological conditions and the comment put a very bad taste in my mouth and had ruined the evening for me and my family.

This is such a super place to visit and stay. The location on the lake is stunning, the staff could not be better or more helpful and the food is superb. It’s also a great location to explore lake bled and Ljubljana from. The town is also nice to wander around. We loved it and would definitely recommend and return.

Again - a wonderful short vacation at this lovely and charming hotel with the best beach in town. The breakfast buffet is unbeatable, the service staff friendly and helpful, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable. I personally love the beds, very cosy. My compliments to the family Wrann, who does a fantastic job. I will be back.

I have just stayed at this delightful hotel for 4 nights and I absolutely loved every minute. Firstly, a huge thanks to Lena, Alex and the team for looking after me and sorting out the fine details as well as being so friendly and personable and speaking excellent English. The location and setting is simply breathtaking and really is as good as the photographs on the website, if not better. My room was large and had a lovely high ceiling and my bathroom was equally large with a bath, which was a nice treat indeed! Breakfast was fabulous on the gorgeous patio area, with nice touches like little .’ Boiling time’ on the eggs for soft, hard boiled and fresh fruit and fresh veg juicers also.The location is a 10/10 with everything on the doorstep including supermarket, bakeries, coffee shops and boutiques. The bed was very comfortable and the entire hotel was spotlessly clean everywhere , with attention to detail and fresh peonies in the ladies cloakroom. As a solo traveller and a first time visitor to the area, I felt happy, safe and close to everything I could need. The lake swimming was easy with plenty of access in different locations. All in all I had a wonderful 4 nights and I would stay here again without any hesitation and I would recommend it on so many levels.
