Salzburgerhof

We had a wonderful three-day stay at this hotel. From the very first moment, we felt truly welcomed by the amazing and customer-oriented staff — from the reception team to the housekeeping staff. Everyone was attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about guests’ comfort. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious. Dinners were a real highlight: refined dishes from the chef that pleasantly surprised us with their creative and perfectly balanced flavor combinations. Our children especially loved the Kids Club. A special thank you to Diane from the Kids Club, who took such great care of the kids. She is a person who truly loves children and came up with many fun and engaging activities for them. Of course, the mountain views, the stunning lake, and the convenient transfer to the ski slopes made our stay even more special. However, it was the hotel itself that became a truly comfortable and relaxing place for our vacation. We would be happy to return again

A unique experience. Wonderful rooms. High-level service across all departments. The spa area is outstanding. I highly recommend it. We sincerely thank them for their warm hospitality and for the room upgrade they so generously offered us. A family for Greece 🩷💙⛷️

Had a lovely 4 day stay mid-Dec to ski. Hotel facilities are great. All the wellness you need. Transfers to lifts although cityxpress is less than 10 min walk. I went full board with interesting evening variations (and entertainment most nights), hearty lunch and an afternoon cake buffet. The staff were attentive, engaging and efficient. My only "gripe" was the 100 euro late checkout fee...but thems the rules and i think you get very good value here. I went for the most basic room but it was very spacious and for the cost just excellent. Highly recommended.

The hotel is a 5 star standard as basic items are not available like kettle you need to call. The AC is really hot, There is no ironing table or iron, as they are prohibited due to safety regulations. When we contacted them at 9 PM requesting urgent service. we were informed that the staff were unavailable and that we should reach out in the morning. Additionally, they couldn’t tell us how long the ironing service would take. But the hotel location is nice and the staff are friendly.

We stayed 28/06-05/07. Hotel Salzburgerhof was the most beautiful hotel we have ever visited. The service was amazing, a special shout-out to Seydo - he was always so welcoming, helpful and kind. The gardens are beautifully looked after. The room we were in had the most incredible views of the mountains. The turn down service in the evening was a lovely surprise. The food was exceptional, we loved that the menu changed every night and was so full of flavour and freshness. This hotel feels extremely special, and we don't often want to return to places - but Hotel Salzburgerhof is the exception. It 100% worth the money! Thank you to all of the team. Ellen & Callum
