Lovely place, friendly staff and great food. Been here a few times now and highly recommend it.

Internet here sucks. You cant even watch a video without it freezing more than 3 seconds . Not happy. Not satisfied. 1 stars

We’re a family of five from Switzerland. Our three children are 14, 12 and 11. We stayed one week at Robison Nobilus at the end of July. This hotel is amazing. Some highlights of our stay include: - Each hotel staff we encountered were courteous, friendly and professional - Special thanks to Mika in Guest Relations, Eren from the kitchen, Uğur from security, lkay from housekeeping and Tim from the animation team. They went above and beyond to service us or make us feel welcome and at home. Some may not be at the front line of the hotel but their warmth, hospitality and dedication are what set this hotel apart from others. - Unprecedented attention to details from the hotel rooms to all other hotel amenities - Delicious and diverse food offerings for breakfast, lunch and dinner - Abundance of activities for all ages from the adults to the young There is just one thing I would like to kindly mention to help future guests but this is completely unassociated with the hotel. We arranged transportation with TUI from the airport to the hotel and back. We were offered water in the airport shuttle. The driver handed us bottles of water and never mentioned that we had to pay for them. After we got off the shuttle, the driver told us that the water costed money and asked us to pay. We felt blind-sighted and didn’t appreciate the lack of transparency and open communication. It’s totally fine to charge for water but it’s important to inform the guests beforehand and be transparent about the costs. In summary, I can highly recommend this hotel. We’ve already made our booking to come back next year!

One of the better Robinson properties for people who are German speaking. Kids will find a lot to do. Adults find themselves land in a super Gymland. There is a great Golf course, gym and spa. I don’t like the beach(not beautiful sand, rather rocky and dark colored), and the fact you have to book everything constantly which is stressful. For sit down served dinner one always has to book and pay extra on top of all inclusive. It is way too hot in the summer months, 40c. The main restaurant is just too crowded like a busy airport foodcourt.

It is a magnificent place with its nature and golf course. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were nice for us. We were pleased with the service. It is a very beautiful and peaceful place for those who want to go. We will choose it again with my family and friends.
