Rixos The Palm Dubai

This is one of the most incredible hotels/resorts I have ever been to. We came for a 5 night girls trip for my 40th and I cannot thank the hotel staff enough for everything they do to ensure it was the most amazing vacation ever. The food is absolutely fantastic…the cocktails even better and the every single staff member from the concierge to the waiters to the housekeepers were so finely and professional. We stayed in the penthouse suite and it was magical! Thank you Rixos for being the BEST. We will definitely be back soon!

From the very first time of arriving at the Rixos Palm hotel. It felt like home. The food, rooms and staff were fantastic. The facilities were excellent. My husband has a slight disability and they couldn’t do enough for him. All the staff were excellent with too many names to remember. But Sarah, Jimmy and Deepak were excellent. A big thank you to Peter for arranging all the activities we did outside of the hotel. Will definitely come again

I have stayed at some nice 5 star hotels in the past but I can confidently this is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The senior suite was incredible. We’ve had such a great holiday here that we extended our stay from 7 to 10 days while on holiday. Food is unbelievable with several buffet choices, desert is just amazing and they do the best breakfast you could ever wish for with the multiple croissant section. The dinner options were brilliant with the bbq. The 2 a la carte restaurants were also great and included in the all inclusive. Special mention to the staff at Bodrum I’m not good with names but all of them couldn’t do enough, constantly asking if you are ok and need topping up with drink and they even remember what drink you want after just a few days. Special mention also to Imtiaz on dinner service who was really helpful. The spa is also fantastic me and my partner had massages which were just fantastic. I will only be coming to this hotel whenever I next come to Dubai. Why fix something that isn’t broken.

We had a fantastic meal, but what truly made the evening unforgettable was Rupa’s service. I’ve stayed in over 10 hotels in Dubai, and I can honestly say she is the best waitress I’ve ever encountered. Her knowledge of the menu, guidance on food and drinks, and attention to detail were exceptional. She anticipated everything before we even had to ask, made perfect recommendations, and ensured our drinks were never empty. The service felt genuinely warm, professional, and effortless — not forced or scripted. Rupa elevated a great meal into an outstanding experience. Her level of care, confidence, and hospitality is exactly what luxury service should feel like. You simply can’t beat it. Rixos is very lucky to have her — she’s an absolute credit to the hotel.

The sports facilities and activities at Rixos The Palm are highly recommended. The program is diverse, well organized, and truly enjoyable. I would especially like to highlight the aqua pool activities and the aqua fitness sessions with Katarina. Katarina leads her sessions in a very professional and motivating way, with great positive energy. You always feel well guided while still being pleasantly challenged – a perfect balance between fitness and fun. The stand-up paddling, paddling out on the sea and enjoying the calm atmosphere and beautiful surroundings, was a true highlight. The two instructors (whose names I unfortunately do not know) were very friendly, calm, and professional, making sure everyone felt safe and comfortable. In addition, the hotel itself is simply beautiful. Everything is very clean, the rooms are excellent and well equipped, and nothing was missing. The bar is fantastic, and the all-inclusive concept is absolutely top-notch. A special mention goes to the WhatsApp service, which worked perfectly and made communication easy and convenient throughout the stay. Overall, it was a perfect experience and highly recommended.
