I had a very positive experience at the golf club. The facilities are well maintained and the atmosphere is pleasant. I would especially like to highlight the staff member Pedro. He was extremely friendly, very helpful, and took the time to answer all questions. His service really made the visit special. I would be happy to come back and can highly recommend the golf club.

Course is in poor condition. Fairways have little grass and mostly mud. Driving range has worn out mats and muddy dirty range balls and most importantly you can't use your driver or 3 metal. The green fees paid was highway robbery. In the US, a course like this would not charge more than $30. I lived in Florida until recently and played every day and have a +1 hcp. Have played 2 other courses here in Marbella area and they are all in similar conditions with crazy green fees for what they offer.

As a full time wedding celebrant I officiate at many venues and 100% recommend La Quinta. The staff are super friendly, super helpful and super keen to ensure the wedding couple and their guests enjoy their best possible day. Debbie Skyrme, Celebrant Spain

La Quinta is a great hotel, the on-site amenities were perfect, the grounds where amazing. The golf course was overall in good condition, there were a few parts/greens that weren't great but that's fine and it played well (although very hard course). The staff were all very friendly and helpful (hotel staff and golf course staff) my only issues were the room. I expected a lot better from a 5 star resort. The room was in dire need of a refurb, the coffee machine in the room was great but that was about it. Severe lack of English TV channels, the iPhone Dock was broken, the bathroom door would not shut properly or even lock, the bathroom overall wasn't in the greatest condition. The beds and bedding were nice though. Overall it was a very pleasant trip but I expect a lot more from the room considering the price and the 5 star status.
