Hotel Cala di Volpe

Cala di Volpe is an exceptional hotel in every sense. From the meticulous attention to detail and flawless service to the outstanding food and perfectly crafted drinks, every aspect exceeds expectations. It embodies the true meaning of a five-star experience and I would gladly return without hesitation.

The hotel is nice and the cleanliness is good. The coffee is great with a beautiful view, and the staff are well-trained, matching the standard of a luxury hotel. The restaurants inside are also very good. *However, as a hotel guest, even the coffee at the reception had a minimum spend, which felt like there was little appreciation for in-house guests.* The hotel also offers a variety of activities, and the location is excellent

As guests for Cala di Volpe Atrium bar, we were expecting a pleasant experience befitting the reputation of the name of the luxury hotel , but unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. We ordered only one pizza, two coffees, a bottle of water, and one Coca-Cola, for which we were charged an astonishing €480. At no point did the waitress explain the pricing structure, the applicable fees, or what was included in the amount. When I inquired about this, instead of receiving a clear explanation, the waiter raised his voice, which made my children feel stressed and uncomfortable. His demeanor was extremely rude and his level of English made it difficult to communicate effectively. Sincerely don’t recommend to anyone to visit this hotel bars or restaurants, they will rip you off with no compassion and humanity respect. The most disgusting european hotel experience ever!!!

We came here once on dinner and the other time on drink. Dinner was very nice and staff attentative and welcoming. Food was good. Valet parking was a nice bonus. Whole property looks amazing and it is very well maintained. This place is on the other side heavily overpriced, so keep that in mind if you plan to visit.

One of the top five hotels I’ve stayed at in my entire life. They’re so attentive and the rooms are spectacular. The beds are comfortable. The linens are of the highest quality and the decoration is beautiful. The grounds are expensive and everywhere you go everybody is so nice. The breakfast is over the top, there are so many choices of options and like every place in Europe, the fruit is always ripe and delicious. I love all the choices of cheese and meats. I would love to spend several weeks here.
