Our stay was truly unforgettable for our entire family. From the very first moment, we felt warmly welcomed and exceptionally well taken care of. Every single member of the staff was consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. We would especially like to thank our personal assistant Ashni, whose kindness, professionalism, and constant support made our stay effortless and truly special. A heartfelt thank you also goes to our housekeeping lady, who, with great attention to detail, ensured that we felt comfortable and at home every single day. Thanks to this wonderful team, we were able to enjoy a completely stress-free holiday and focus on what mattered most: precious family time. We leave with unforgettable memories and would happily return anytime

Staying here was like visiting Paradise! We had a fabulous suite which had direct access to the beach and the ocean - it was just glorious. Every member of staff we came into contact with greeted us with a smile - Anita and her team kept our room spick and span and Ashni went out of her way to make our stay as enjoyable and as easy as possible - she even came in on her day off so that she could be there to welcome other family members who arrived a few days after we did. My only regret is that we couldn't stay for longer - this time!

Stayed at Le Telfair for two weeks in a deluxe sea view suite within the adult area of the resort. Opted for the all inclusive Gourmet Bliss Package, which is highly recommended. Accommodation was excellent, spacious, quiet and very clean, and within a stones throw of the heated pool and beach. Very good selection of restaurants to choose from, all serve excellent food, cocktails and a good selection of wines. Restaurant booking system runs very well, Emily did a great job, she was never phased by our restaurant booking changes 👍 Even though the resort is relatively large, it never appeared to be busy, seating areas and sun loungers are plentiful 👍 Sun lounger food and beverage ring service is great. All resort staff are excellent, polite, approachable and eager to please. They have a belonging and commitment to the resort. So many stand out people work there, all took great care of us during our stay. Our go to liaison guy was Noor, who took exceptional care of us during our stay. He made everything perfect 👏👏 Good gym and water sport facilities, which were never too busy 👍 Two great golf courses, Le Chateau and La Reserve, both courses are excellently maintained. Easy transportation to/from golf is very timely and well managed. Golf back room staff great, and tee times very well managed 🏌🏻‍♂️ Nightly entertainment is provided in the Cavendish bar, along with a great selection of cocktails and other drinks 🥂 Constructive comment, entertainment could be more livelier especially after nine in the late evening. Overall a fantastic resort in all aspects, highly recommended 👍 Well done all 👏👏👏👏😎

Stayed for seven nights and we have enjoyed it from the moment we arrived to the time left. We were very sad to leave. Some of the bars and restaurant still do require trainings however these were often overlooked as their hospitality and friendliness outweigh the problem and they do deal with it without any problem. The room attendant Mininka (room 1101) was very attentive. Many of the restaurant staff did excel like Parvin and Eliza. Jason our personal concierge had arranged a nice surprise table to post celebrate our silver wedding anniversary. A beautiful choc cake and gift were given too. Valerie if the reception was exceptional and ofcourse a big thank you to the Hotel Manager (sorry I did not get her name) as she had allowed us to stay in our room for late check out during our last day. For the golfers, La Reserve is just an amazing very well designed and immaculately kept course. It reminds of Dornoch and castle stuart and perhaps even better. I love every minute we had at le telfair. British airways got some brownie points from us for recommending this hotel.

The Heritage Golf Club course is world-class. Beautiful setting right on the coast. The hotel staff were exceptional — they even cleaned our clubs after every round. Driving range and putting green right at the hotel.

What a wonderful experience. Our rooms were perfectly positioned (as per our request through our travel agent) and appointed. Exclusive sun beds just outside our patio, a few steps away from the heated adults only swimming pool. A few more steps, and we had a wonderful peaceful beach with the sea the perfect temperature. Ze Paul was always a few moments away with refreshments, and the wonderful team at Coco Hut provided delicious variations on the coconut cocktail! The variety of meal choices were also amazing. I am not a fan of any "buffet" but Annabelle's changed my mind. The daily breakfast buffet and the dinner buffet (twice a week) catered for every taste and the food was fresh and delicious. We did not try any treatments at the Spa, just because we were enjoying the sea and pool! A very special mention must go to Premi who took care of us during our stay. She was simply incredible - open with suggestions, arranged dinner and breakfast reservations, a boat trip and generally made sure our every need was taken care of. Not to take anything away from the staff at Le Telfair - they were all absolutely fantastic. I (we) cannot recommend this resort highly enough. They have All Inclusive and Half Board options, family section and adults only sections of both the resort and the beach. There are many activities - we highly recommend the private dolphin swimming, as well as the cataspeed five-islands tour which was organised by our tour operator SummerTime (Daniella). It was our first time to Mauritius, and will certainly not be the last - and Le Telfair will always be our first choice.
