The place is a bit dated. Its not really modern any more, curtain had holes, at the pool and sauna area i spotted mold as well as rust. The food was more or less average. I think this place targets the older generations 40-100 year olds, who like that its still like it was in the „good old days“. For the price of the accommodation and also the in-house offers, you expect more.

We were very happy with our stay. Everything about this place is wonderful — the location, the beautiful views, and the atmosphere. The service was outstanding. We were truly well taken care of and felt genuinely welcomed. On my birthday, our dinner table was decorated, which was incredibly sweet and thoughtful. The spa area is excellent. You can make yourself tea, drink water, and enjoy all the little details created for guests’ comfort. Everything is designed to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. We are completely satisfied with our vacation and would like to sincerely thank everyone who works at this wonderful place.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this resort. The location is truly stunning, with beautiful lake views that make the whole experience feel calm and special from the moment you arrive. The facilities are excellent, and the gym deserves a special mention — it had everything I needed, with no shortage of free weights, bars, or plates, which is rare even in high-end hotels. There are also plenty of indoor and outdoor pools, plus a huge sauna area, so it’s very easy to relax and unwind. What stood out the most, though, was the friendly and attentive service. Everyone was welcoming, but Mark, our dinner waiter, truly shined. His warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made our evenings memorable and elevated the entire stay. An amazing place with great facilities and outstanding service — we’d happily come back.

Our experience at the hotel was fantastic. The staff are absolutely wonderful professional, attentive, and genuinely doing their best to provide excellent service. The hotel is set in a breathtaking location with stunning views, and everything is impeccably clean and well maintained. As someone who travels frequently, I can confidently say this was one of our best hotel experiences. The only area that could be improved is the food: lunch was extremely disappointing, and dinner felt overly complicated, with many courses that lacked flavor and were quite mediocre overall. I would much prefer simpler dishes that are well executed rather than fancy presentations without taste.

This was my second stay and I gotta say, it’s a great place, both visits more than exceeded expectations. Are there more fancy spa/wellness hotels in the alps? Sure. But for the price you can’t really beat it. The breakfasts are amazing, the 5 course menus are pretty good (not always stellar but good), the spa is world class, and the nature and access to the lakes and small towns in the area is perfect. My only complaint, the places is a bit of a maze and it’s not laid out with any logic. Mostly due to it being a series of add on and renovations over time. But once you figure it out it’s ok.
