If you are looking for Austrian perfection, a mix of traditional and modern, impeccably clean and superbly executed down to the last detail, you have found a family hotel just for you. The family and their team are not only at your service all the time, but they are so kind and cheerful that you are almost "uncomfortable😁". Besides the fact that you are on the ski slope itself (30 m to the gondola), after skiing, a hot pool awaits you on the open top floor, for complete relaxation. We will surely come back, because we ENJOYED very much. Dino Rešetar, Croatia!!

We booked two rooms (a double room and a single room – it was a double room for single occupancy) at the country house, and everything was perfect. The service at the country house, including breakfast and room cleaning, was excellent; the staff were very friendly and always helpful. It was convenient that the country house had a vending machine with a variety of drinks (with a list to record the drinks consumed and pay for them upon departure). Dinner at the restaurant was also great – the service was quick and friendly, and special requests were no problem. I enjoyed everything, and there was more than enough, but taste is subjective... PS: If it weren't for the temperatures (-16 to -22 degrees Celsius in the morning – much warmer up in the mountains!!), I would come back, but that's not the fault of the butcher's shop. Speaking of the butcher's shop, as a fan of ham, bacon, and sausage, I would have liked a wider selection of ham, etc., at breakfast. However, everything that was offered was perfectly adequate in terms of quality and variety.

We unexpectedly stopped in st. Micheal and stayed one night at this place which was unplanned. We had our car malfunctioned on our way to salzburg. We called the hotel and they quickly arranged a room and picked us from the auto repair workshop! The place is very clean, well maintained, good breakfast, super friendly owners who were helpful and welcoming. We tried their restaurant for dinner and food was great. Strong Wi-Fi which was great to have. THANK YOU.

The service was perfect and the meals are always great.

Very kind. We stayed two nights. We slept in a room not in the Gasthof but very comfortable. We were in St. Michael for a bike ride. They were allowed to leave the car parked by them for the days that we've been around. Wi-Fi for free. Also good food. Thanks for everything.
