Apartments Pirin Golf

The hotel is very nice, with a beautiful rustic design. The spa area is excellent, and our apartment was very close to it, which was very convenient. It was quiet and comfortable, and we really enjoyed the spa facilities. The apartment is very simple, so don’t expect luxury vibes. There were no basic cleaning supplies, for example to wash dishes. The gym costs extra, and there were no milk alternatives at breakfast, so for example, a cappuccino with soy milk costs extra.

Is very nice place for relaxation but I don't recommend for family. Not enough staff for bar . The lifeguard missing (a don't see him one time). Have playground for kids but nobody from the staff there, you need to stay with your children. If you go with small babies in the canteen don't have the food jar for baby. Is neer for banko... very good for ski. Very nice room and very clean. The food is delicious but not unough for 5☆ hotel.

Visiting for the second year, I would say dinner was good, breakfast is ok, spa and pool in general ok, room needs to be updated, pillows are bad, its not that clean, bed for a child is a sofa wich is terrible to sleep on.. lights are dim. Value for money, should be chiper..

Some hotels are bad but some should be permanently closed and this is one of them. The staff is not very well managed and organized, the restaurants in particular are really unorganized, not even going to mention the quality of the food, however the prices are high. The spa zone hasn’t been renovated for years and is crowded. You cannot order a bottle of wine at the lobby bar. Only one fireplace working and only 5 spots available for the guests at the lobby bar. I wouldn’t come back here and wouldn’t recommend it.

We had a 2 day vacation in the hotel. I must say we are impressed. First of all , all areas we saw were cleaned (even some ladies were non-stop moping water near the inside pool). The food was delicious and nutritious with dozens of varieties to choose from. The temperature in the whole hotel was perfect, even for babies and toddlers. One of the best things we noticed was the STAFF! EVERYONE was kind, polite, with a smile, always ready to help or cooperate. The personnel always had an eye out for all of our needs. Everyone assisted in making as feel as comfortable as possible (telling us about different activities, places to visit, etc, reservations for other restaurants in the complex). There are 3 warm water pools in perfect condition, with a view! The inside pool is big, well maintained, and has perfect temperature. Our family really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful place. The view from every corner is amazing and breathtaking! We did a shuttle tour around the golf court, and it was mesmerizing! Our kid had lots of playgrounds to choose from - bouncy castle, inside playground, outside playgrounds, kids cinema. We will definitely come back! I recommend the place, highly!
