All the Ladies that work in the golf shop, deserve a massive thank you. Absolute 5 Star Service. I fully recommend playing Golf here. The Hotel is really nice and the rooms are modern and generous. Holiday not finished yet, but I’m sure the service will carry on being 5 Star. Thx Jools

Rooms are huge and really comfortable and modern and quiet. Beautiful green views of palm trees from balcony. Good buffet breakfast and dinner. Lunch by the pool. Super close to beach promenade which is my favorite part of this cute town. I can walk for miles along the ocean safely.

We arrived and I was just recovering from an operation and was staggering with my cases but none of the staf helpen. Funny how when Spanish guests arrive they’re welcomed at the door and bags are being carried for them a delivery to the room. For us not, just carry your bag including your crutches. The same thing in the restaurant, none Spanish people are send out of the restaurant waring swim ware (as it should) but Spanish people walk in soaking wet and barefoot and sit down and eat and it’s no problem. The Spanish are being treated as royalties but tourists from other countries and being treated as being tolerated but not very welcome. The location is okay, the food was very good but also here counts the Spanish have more benefits and are allowed in the other ala cart restaurants before the people from other countries who have to stand they’re ground to be able to make use of it and show the booking and where it says so in they’re faces. The staff barely speaks English and does no effort trying to understand you and show you just how annoyed they are with you not Speaking Spanish. The Spanish clearly get an better, nicer and more decent treatment than others. You can read a lot about this on the TUI website, which is to bad it’s not connected to the criteria here. The 3* is just for the quality of the food and one waiter who does do effort and does speak English and knows he won’t get some bad cold Speaking English.

We only stayed 1 night for our anniversary, we live fairly close by.
Arrived early and our room was ready, we walked to the marina for lunch and spent a few hours by the immaculately maintained pool.
Breakfast buffet was excellent even though we turned up 20 minutes before service ended, we weren't rushed. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Lovely spacious rooms, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast buffet, great location for the town. However not 5 star as no in-room coffee/tea making facilities and hotel won’t provide any when asked, no slippers/robes nor complimentary water in room. Evening entertainment every night outside until late was VERY loud so no chance of sleep early for those staying there for work.
