7Pines Resort Sardinia, part of Destination by Hyatt

7Pines Sardinia was truly a dream come true for our honeymoon. We stayed at 7Pines for 7 days, and I have a lot to say. I first want to debunk all of the 1-star reviews: this resort deserves nothing less than 5 stars all around. From the hospitality and professionalism of the staff (G and Hamza to name), to the cleanliness of the rooms, to the amazing breakfasts every day, to the tidiness of the grounds throughout the property...a true 5-star experience. Any incredibly negative reviews should be taken with a grain of salt...it sounds like those reviews came from people who think too highly of themselves. The staff made us feel incredibly welcome at every turn, including a welcome bottle of champagne and a beautiful tower of chocolate-covered strawberries. We received two turn downs in our room a day with lovely nighttime surprises and fresh water on our bedsides. There is literally no reason to leave the resort unless you want to explore the island of Sardinia. My husband and I couldn't have asked for a nicer stay. We are incredibly grateful for the way we were treated: like true VIP guests, even if we are just regular lay individuals. We will most certainly be back.

Beautiful property! Grounds are well kept, rooms are spacious and beautiful, staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Antonio, at the concierge, is wonderful! He recommended beautiful beaches (taking into account weather) and arranged all our dinner reservations. We looked forward to seeing Gaia, who is part of the hostess team, every morning for breakfast. Hamsa, the pool attendant, went above and beyond for us - set up our pool cabanas and made sure we had enough towels and waters. We loved laughing with him! Thank you for a great stay 7Pines!

We recently just stayed at the 7 pines hotel for our honeymoon. The resort was beautiful and the staff were so accommodating. Hamza was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and relaxed. He provided great conversation and customer service. Additionally, concierge assisted in multiple ways that eased our stay while on the island. On our second to last day, we booked a hot stone massage with the spa. The spa staff was inviting and created a relaxed environment for our first massage experience. This is an amazing resort and we will definitely be back.

Our stay was good overall, but for a 5-star resort we expected more. The value didn’t quite match the high price point, and at several thousand dollars a night it didn’t feel fully justified. That said, it’s still a beautiful property with plenty to enjoy—just not the best fit at this price.

Absolutely loved the hotel and the experience there. First of all, huge Thank You to Maxim, who had accommodated our bookings made in different name and provided excellent customer service experience starting our experience on a high level. The food was great, we ate at the beach, at the pool, at both restaurants for diner, including highly praised pizza and the fine dining experience. All were outstanding. Especially remarks to great service from everyone we interacted with. Would love to be back!
